MEMBERSHIP UPDATE CENTER & PAYING DUES - TUTORIAL

Here is a brief online tutorial posted by Key Club International on how to log in to the Membership Update Center, update your Key Club roster, and generate an invoice to pay your annual club dues.

DUES INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the Membership Update Center button to the right to log in to the MUC beginning October 1 annually.

You will need to log in with your Faculty Advisor's email and password on file with Key Club International. Kiwanis Advisors do not receive this log in.

Update the member roster for the new year using the add and delete features.

Print an invoice and take it to your school finance office, Supporting Kiwanis Club, or whichever entity helps with dues payment.

Send to Key Club International along with one check for the dues being sent at that time. 
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR ENTIRE CLUB TO PAY THEIR DUES.

​Pay one round for whomever has paid, to make sure your club has sent some dues in on time by December 1. Then go ahead and send more. You can pay by credit card for faster service. Additions of new members throughout the year and further invoices can be generated and paid for thereafter at any time. 

​The DEADLINE for dues submission for clubs in good standing each year is December 1. Clubs will be then be delinquent, and suspended as of February 1. Clubs that still do not pay as of the following October 1 will lose their charter and have to pay a $100 reactivation fee.
You will need the Faculty Advisor's email address and password to log in.

Why do we pay dues? Annual dues pay for liability insurance for each member for one year, as well as help to fund literature and mailings, promotions, trainings, and other resources available to all members of Key Club International.
